About 探花社区:

探花社区 is a UK-based company that designs and manufactures ultrasonic sensor technologies for internal corrosion and erosion monitoring. You will join our team of industry experts, including engineers and academics, who have successfully trialed and deployed the 探花社区 WAND technology with major operators across the world.

The WAND technology is an embeddable corrosion monitoring system that enables accurate, repeatable measurements and digitised data. Our solution enables customers to reduce costs associated with inspection and digitise their wall thickness measurements.

Job Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team on a part time basis and contribute to the success of our marketing efforts. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to ensure that all marketing activities are completed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing calendars.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Prepare and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, and presentations.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Coordinate meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements for the marketing department.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Maintain organised and up-to-date files and records of marketing content, documents and activities.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Sourcing, ordering and sampling of branded wear and merchandise.

Market Research

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Conduct research on key target customers, market trends, competitors.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Analyse data and generate reports to support marketing strategies and decision-making.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Monitoring and identifying thought leadership opportunities and content on LinkedIn

Digital Marketing

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Monitor and report on the performance of digitalmarketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics and social mediainsights.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Assist in the management of the company'swebsite and content updates.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Help create and schedule social media posts across various platforms.

Event Coordination

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, such as exhibitions, conferences, presentations and webinars.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Coordination of meetings ahead and after events with relevant stakeholders and partners,

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Coordinate logistics, including registrationprocesses, demo equipment and travel.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Prepare event materials and promotional items.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Potential to provide on-site support during events and help with post-event follow-up activities.

Content Creation

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Creating content for LinkedIn, such as product reels, infographics and event announcements. (Canva and/or Adobe experience is essential)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Assist in the development of marketing content, including blog posts, articles, case studies and presentations.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Coordinate content projects such as case study creation with relevant departments, partners and customers and work to place all information into relevant templates.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy and consistency.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Support with the filming and photography of products, key stakeholders and training.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Supporting the process of updating the branding on all company materials.

Communication and Collaboration

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and software, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Communicate with external partners, customer, vendors,and agencies to coordinate marketing activities.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Provide regular updates and reports on marketing activities to the Marketing Manager and senior leadership.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Coordination of projects such as the translation of company documents, i.e. data sheets, product brochures etc.

Education and Experience

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is essential.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field is preferable.

Skills and Abilities

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Excellent Canva and/or adobe skills with experience in graphic design and content creation.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Strong written and verbal communication skills.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint).

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience using LinkedIn for business use.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Jotforms).

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Excellent organisational and time management skills.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽A self-starter and proactive working style.

Work Environment

This role is based at our office in Bristol, with the opportunity for hybrid working after a successful probationary period. The Marketing Coordinator will work in a collaborative and fast-paced office environment.
